WOW! What an incredible cookbook! The recipes are wonderful, the pictures are amazing... this book is designed to help every level of "griller" create the most desirable meals; from the starters to the desserts, you will find something you like and can create. After using a recipe out of the book at one of my last family gatherings, my family has now requested that we have every family party at my house and that we cook one of Chef John's and Mark's recipes each time... I can't wait until they start up their website so I can purchase more items. HEY JOHN AND MARK when is the next book coming out? This book is great and one every household should have one!

AMAZING!:
This book worked wonders for our recent party with friends and family. The recipes are fantastic, creative and simple. Our guests had a blast with their personal Seafood Boil and the Grilled Pork Chops were perfect. The sangria was excellent and very refreshing. And the Apple Cobler was delicious. The grill tips included in the book were very helpful. We are already planning for our next grill outing. I highly recommend this book. It's well worth the investment and the perfect gift for Father's Day and all celebrations to come!
